Department Authority & Purpose

The Gadvikian Tribal Medical & Wellness Department is a sovereign, private, and non-commercial tribal body established to safeguard the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of enrolled tribal members.

All wellness practices, services, and certifications provided herein operate exclusively under tribal jurisdiction, cultural authority, and religious freedom. The Department does not function as a state-licensed medical provider and does not engage in diagnosis, prescription, or insurance billing.

Jurisdiction Notice:
All services are administered privately within tribal authority and by informed consent of tribal members or their guardians.

The Department issues internal tribal certifications recognizing training, service, and competency within tribal wellness systems. These certifications are private, non-state credentials used for tribal governance, recordkeeping, and recognition.

Enrollment or authorization within the tribe
Training, apprenticeship, or demonstrated experience
Review by the Tribal Medical & Wellness Council

All wellness records are maintained privately under tribal recordkeeping standards. Records are released only with written consent or lawful tribal order.
